POYFA is a parent run, volunteer, non-profit organization. All fees collected and fundraising efforts go to pay for equipment, uniforms, to maintain the fields, pay for the officials, EMT, all Pop Warner related fees, and operating expenses related to running the organization (e.g. Website, Phone, Mailbox etc) on a year round basis. No members of POYFA are paid for their time. POYFA's Board of Directors does it's best to keep the registration fees as low as possible and in line with the other Mid Florida Pop Warner organizations we compete against. A detailed budget is available on request.
